Neha Srivastava filed complaint against Airtel on Dec 17, 2019
This is very frustrating and irresponsible answer I am getting from a company that I thought is a good and reputed company in current market however now I feel I was wrong.
On *th November **** I have requested for MNP from Vodafone to Airtel and I had received an offer for *** plan with ** GB data that is corporate plan for Atos Employees from sales person Ashish Tiwari at my office location however I received *** plan with ** GB. Multiple time I called on customer care number and they are saying that they don't have the corporate plan information in there system which must be record on your system, I have raised my concern many times on call and via email however not received ant satisfactory answer.
Today I discussed with Manu advisor and then supervisor Shaskhi but they are not aware about the plan and information even they haven't raised the complaints for me they just provided interaction id *************** they told that I will get a call within * hour however I have not received any call.
I want *** plan with ** GB please confirm if you could help me on this other wise I have to relook on my decision of port-in in to Airtel.
Apart from this I have been charged Rs. ***/- for calling on a tollfree number which can be seen in bill, this is totally free for calling as I had called many times when I was using Vodafone on the same number as this toll free number is my official number which i use for coordinating with my team, I need waiver for this and this should not be charged again for calling on this number.
I had very good impression for Airtel hence decided to switch however these two instances are proving me wrong which may lead to switch again to some other operator.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
