On January **, ****, I applied for an Airtel Fiber internet connection. After receiving a call from their team, they visited my house, collected the payment, and completed the installation within three days. However, after testing the connection, I found the service to be extremely poor, with high latency (ping) issues.
I raised a complaint with Airtel Customer Support, and their engineers visited my house twice to check the problem. Unfortunately, they were unable to resolve it to my satisfaction. Instead, they advised me not to escalate the issue further, as it would create problems for them. They attempted to fix it unofficially, but ultimately, the issue remained unresolved.
After testing the internet for just ** hours, I decided to discontinue the service and requested Airtel to disconnect my connection and refund the amount for the unused period. However, they refused to process any refund.
I had paid ₹*,*** for a three-month plan (₹*** + taxes per month) and received a small discount as a new customer. Since I used the service for only one day and was dissatisfied with the quality, I requested either a refund or a transfer of the amount to another Airtel service, such as a SIM recharge. Unfortunately, they have refused to accommodate either request.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
