Airtel DTH - Airtel dth pack not changed after many try

On ** July ****, I want to change my package on my airtel dth box. So I will make my own plan on *** channel on airtel after that a QR code shown on the dth box which I scanned it from my mobile send a text message to airtel for activating the new plan. After that, they reply to me this message
"Thanks for selecting new pack on your airtel DigitalTV! We have received your request and we will send you a confirmation SMS once your plan is activated". But after some time they again reply to me. "Your request could not be processed. To opt for new pack/channels, please visit channel number *** of your Airtel DigitalTV or download my Airtel App."
I tried again but the same thing happens and my balance is deducted regularly as my last plan which is highly costly form me.
