Balaji filed complaint against Airtel on Jul 21, 2022
I recharged my Airtel number with an add-on of **GB on **th July. When I checked the data balance on **st of July, the data balance was * and when I contacted Airtel customer helpline they were so rude and impolite.
The senior executive named Ajmir was so arrogant and constantly put the blame on me.
I was so depressed by his don't care attitude and response towards the concerns I raised.
I demand answers from Airtel authorities regarding this. I sent a couple of emails to them but no response.
I don't even want the refund, I just want Airtel to know about the arrogance nature of their customer executives.
Please help my voice heard.
