airtel - Airtel Company Fraud

My Name Is Raju,


Using ********** Airtel sim,

I have been recharged my Airtel sim
In Airtel app with amount *** on ** oct ****,**:** pm,
transaction Id:*******************.
Recharge successful it shown after some time I got message that recharged failed.(recharge failed.money deducted will be refunded with in *-* working days.)
I raised the service request sr no.:CONRH*BLR**************.
But my problem not solved Airtel customer directly deleted my transaction history in Airtel database.
Therefore I recharged on **th oct **** with amount ***.transaction id :*********.sucessfully recharged and I am using it now.

*.I didn't get ** october **** recharged amount ***.
*.i raised ticket but without solving problem Airtel customer service closed my ticket
*.this a Indian number one fraud that Airtel service people deleted my **th oct transaction history in Airtel database.

I called to ***,*****,*** no one is responding and customer care is saying you didn't recharged.this is the way Airtel illegally taking money from customer.

Kindly respond and give back my money *** rupees.i not i will go illegal .
