Anshul dureja filed complaint against Airtel on Dec 25, 2020
I am resident of Palwal, Haryana-******. On **sept, **** i paid Rs.**** to airtel broadband dealer Suresh Gupta for installation and * months advance rental of Airtel broadband. On *st october **** my broadband was installed with application number ************. On next day i noticed that the speed guaranteed to me i.e ***mbps was just a faulty promise as the real speed that i was getting was **mbps or **mbps and thus i made complaint to the dealer and he said it will take time as the connection is new. Then on **oct **** i sent a mail to the company stating same but company had taken no step. But even i did not stopped as my time period was passing on day by day, moreover i have to daily conduct a meeting with my company professionals as its part ofmy work of dealing to my profession. But due to the faulty internet i faced up lot of problem as calling starts to fluctuates or sometimes get stuck in the mid. And finally company registeted my issue on *th december **** and guranteed me work closure till **december ****. And when **december came i again checked the speed and still it was low i.e below ***mbps and i was paying for ***mbps. On this i again made a complaint but this time dealer said me i will only repair this if u will provide me with HAPPY CODE, i simply denied because prior to work completion how i can do this???
On this he didn't solved up my problem which was a deep mental harrasment for me during this panademic time interval. Even i made many complaints to the company toll free numbers too. But no favorable action seen till **th dec **** night. So on **th december **** i order SKYHUNT pvt internet service as i was deeply harrased by Airtel and its dealer service.
Thus i wanna lodged a consumer court case gainst BHARTI AIRTEL for metal harrasment by taking advance of *months and making customer fool again and again
