Hardeep Singh Brar filed complaint against Airtel on Jul 27, 2017
I tried to make recharge on my dad's airtel number from Airtel for Rs ***, but somehow it made recharge on MY Number.
Not sure what happened. My assumption was that i have made some mistake, so tried again. But again got recharge on my number only. Now I have recharge of worth rupees *** on my number, that is of no use.
I tried reaching out to customer care but they are not even listening me properly. The first lady talk with was not ready to accept that i got my number recharged twice. She was with words-" I am seeing only one transition on your mobile number".
On my request I got my case escalated to higher level, where the second lady told me they have submitted a request to check the App functioning, and she told me they cant do anything on this- they can refund- they cannot make one payment to my dad's cell.
I was not sure, how I am going to use * same recharge on single sim that are valid for next ** days, where one recharge would have worked the same.
After some time, she told me that she has submitted request to check functioning of App, and haven't received any response yet.
I was not sure whether she is willing to help me or not, because few minutes back her words was -"I have confirmed that our App is working fine and expected" and now-"I have submitted a request, they will investigating".
I tried and made several requests to pass my call to technical person to check into the issue, but she disconnected saying that i am asking same question several times.
And without having my answer I wasted my ** mins.
I am frustrated with the Airtel Support person's behavior. I am your customer from past several years, even than i do not have right to ask about my valuable money that i have paid to wrong number because of there malfunctioning Airtel App.
This is totally not acceptable.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
