I'm trying cancel my booking. The website is not allowing to do so. I tried indigo customer service no one answering the call I can understand the current situation that india is lockdown.
The only reason I have paid extra money for flexi fly thing is that my travel is uncertain.
I have spent *hr chatting with them and requested to cancel the booking. Three advisors chat with me and no one helped me to cancel the booking finally one guy helped. But in the end I realised he has lied that he has cancelled my booking
