GoAir - Airlines GoAir not refunding money

GoAir is not refunding my money against booking made during national lockdown in India. Although, DGCA has issues circular clearly instructing airlines to issue full refunds to customers, GoAir is not issuing my refund. I’m stuck with INR ***** with GoAir since April ****. Despite several communications throughmy travel agent EaseMyTrip and tweets and messages and calls by me as well airlines is not issuing refund
