Our flight got canceled by Airlines at the last moment, and we have been charged more than half of the amount with cancellation charges when in return our whole travel plan got shattered because of this flight cancellation as we did not get any alternate flight.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
