Travolook - Airline tickets cancellation from airline side but not get refund

I have been booked SpiceJet flight ticket through TRAVOLOOK site with reference no REF********* (PNR M**H*C) on ** Jun **** from Leh to Pune via Delhi. Same has been cancelled by Airline due to flight cancellations with full refund. As airlines stated that amount has been refunded to agent account as on ** Jun **** but agency till denied for receiving amount from airline. I have been spoken with Travolook agent on ** Aug **** still they denied for receiving amount from airline (SpiceJet).
