And system cancelled the ticket automatically. Still refund not issued(March *th ****).
Calls support guys are disconnecting the calls when I ask about the same every time.
The payment was made from my credit card and the card company is charging me interest for the money which I have not used since there is no refund processed from Travolook
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
