Dear Sir/ Madam,
I booked online tickets for Pune(Dated ** June ****) of INDIGO airline from Travolook.in travel booking website on **th June ****. After booking tickets, I received call from one of representative (Mob No -**********) informing that your booking is cancelled with Travolook.in (REF*********) due to fare expiration. & full amount (Rs****/-) shall be refunded to your account in *-* working days .
Afterwards, when I tried to contact him at his mobile number or at the customer care toll free number Toll Free No : ****-***-****
Even today I tried contacting customer service representative at toll free number ****-***-**** but it went unanswered.
I request you take this matter into serious note & help me to get my refund money Rs ****/- as earliest as possible.
