On the *th of July I had booked a ticket from ahamadabad to Pune money got deducted but did not get the confirmation when I send mail got a call that this happened because there was issue with the airline company. Was promised refund in *-* days then called again asked to wait ** working days called the third time asked to wait by this month end still no refund
