I booked airticket from https://www.travolook.in/; on July **nd **** for Kolkata-Pune; one way flight scheduled for Jul **th ****. Booking reference REF*********/details attached
After the payment was made for Rs ****, they cancelled the ticket citing operational reason. It has been *.* months now, I am following to get the refund of Rs **** - however they are not refunding the amount despite several promises to refund
