Travolook - Airline ticket cancelled but refund not received

Pratik Sah filed complaint against Travolook on Dec 17, 2020

I had booked an airline ticket from Delhi to Lucknow on *th November **** which was later cancelled and notification was received on **th Nov **** but still the refund has not been issued.

I had sent an email to Travolook on **rd November **** and their support team informed that the refund will be provided in **-** days, however, no action from their end yet.
I have attached the mails for reference - please help me get the refund.
TRAVOLOOK IS A BOGUS COMPANY, DON'T SPEND A SINGLE RUPEE ON THEM.
