Hi team its regard to my flight on **rd May with PNR XL*WGG Due to COVID** situation, THE FLIGHT GOT CANCELLED, and i have requested INDIGO for the refund, INDIGO has refunded he entire amount to GOIBIBO, HOWEVER GOIBIBO hasnt refunded the entire amount, while booking the flight tickets, due to some offers they have charged me only ***/- towards convience charges, however when i have requested cof the cancellation they have decucted Rs. ****/-towards the cancellation charges. hence I request the GOIBIBO to provide full refund. I tried reaching you multiple times via phone but no response hence writing here
