I've booked an international flight ticket from Bangalore to Melbourne on **th Feb ****, to travel between *th April to **th April. The flight was booked with Malaysian Airlines via Yatra.com. Due to the Covid Pandemic, travel has been banned between India & Australia. I'd like to get a complete refund on my ticket. Yatra has offered me a conditional credit which has to be booked before **st Dec ****. With travel being still banned between the * countries, undertaking travel is not possible. I've tried to reach Yatra customer care, but no one is reachable. Trying to reach them on their email/social media channels is giving me a standard message without any resolution. I'd like to pursue this issue seriously as there is no other recourse left for me. Please guide me accordingly.
Below attached is the ticket, the email from Yatra about the conditional credit. Let me know if you need anymore proof of the same.
