Brijesh Parnami filed complaint against Cleartrip Flights on Mar 24, 2020
Cleartrip Trip ID ************ (round trip Mumbai - Milan) **nd April **** - *nd May ****. Airline already cancelled the flights and I have also initiated the cancellation through their mobile app. On the mobile app screen it shows trip has been cancelled but till now no acknowledgement has come from their side.
I am tired of being on hold on their call center numbers! This is a pathetic experience with cleartrip and I am worried about Rs. *.** lakhs in question!!!! Hope to see your prompt action and my money back in the original payment mode without further delays.
