I have booked ticket thru Travolook on ** june ****.
My ticket was booked with indigo for * th July **** from Nagpur to Pune. & i have paid amount ****/- against this booking.
After * days they have messaged that ur booking is cancelled.
When i have called thru custom support for refunding the amount. They said ok.. But it will take working ** days.. After ** days i called again.. No response of call support no. It kept waiting for hour. Then after * months my call has been recieved. They said ur amount cannot be refunded it will be kept in ur Travolook wallet.
Then after a month from this call i tried to book but neither app not customer support no. Worked.. Whenever i m calling the customer support the keeps u waiting for more then * hrs..
Till date i haven't received or refund back my Amt. ****.
