GoAir - Airline canceled flight and has not issued a refund

GoAir canceled my flight GoAir *** from Bangalore to Kochi to depart on ** Jan **** a day before the travel date for me and my friend. We immediately contacted GoAir customer care and found that they are not responsive. We tweeted and emailed our complaint but to no avail. Last minute we had to book another flight for the very next day on another airline and our cost was double the original amount. Then when we got to the airport, I spoke to the GoAir agent there who issued a cancelation and said I will be refunded to my credit card. Its now been almost a month since the incident and there has been no resolution. Government regulation should shut down this airline or people should boycott this company since I see that hundreds of Indian passengers are suffering due to their lack of empathy and sheer corporate greed.
