The airline booking website, deducted my money and didn't clear with the airline company.
Now they cancelled the booking. Booking reference number: REF********
They are saying the refund will take ** days.
They have not even initiated the refund from their end. They keep the money for half a month? How is it this a valid running website ? Please take the website down.
