Kashyap Kapadia filed complaint against Air india on Aug 7, 2020
I had flight tickets booked in the month of April when lockdown was imposed.
I have been trying to contact air india via customer care or email support but not getting satisfactory reply from them.
Customer care connects after half an hour and after that also they put your call on hold for half an hour to force u disconnect by yourself.
They are just using our hard earned money from last * months without even generating a credit note on the same.
