Mehak Aggarwal filed complaint against Air India Airlines on May 18, 2021
I had booked flight from Mumbai to Toronto.
The total trip cost :Rs ******
Government of Canada on **rd April **** declared that all flight from India are not allowed to enter Canada.
I have been calling Air India since **rd April on daily basis.
One of the representative from AirIndia cancelled the ticket from their end and shared the case Id for it.
He mentioned that amount will be refunded in a week time.
I had been following up and sending emails to AirIndia ecommerce email id shared by customer care and also on their website.
There is no response.
It is more than **-** days since the fights to Canada were cancelled but Air India has not refunded the amount.
I had booked the flight ticket using credit card and need to pay the amount but left with no money.
I have to bear additional burden of paying the interest charged by the credit card agency.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
