Air India Express - AirIndia Express Cancelled my ticket without my approval

I had booked in the Airindia Express ticket to fly on **/**/**** at **:**pm from Mumbai, All of sudden the airline changed the timing to *:**am on the same day and there was no communication sent to me for this change by airlines. I randomly checked on site and I found this big change my self, I was very upset about this change without informing me as I was planning other domestic bookings as per the flight time so I wrote a mail on **/**/**** asking why they did not even inform me of this change and who will bear the cancellation cost of my domestic flight. On this Instead of responding to my mail they cancelled my whole ticket on **/**/**** and that too without taking my approval or any consent . When I called the call centre to enquire about this issue , the agent informed me that since I had sent the complaint mail of reschedule so they cancelled the ticket and he cannot help. My ticket was cancelled by Airline without my approval, now the same flight is * times more expensive to book. I have been chasing them for last three days to get the reason and to rebook the ticket at the same old price of my cancellation as it was not mistake , I have contacted the Airline, by call centres, in India and UAE, I wrote mails to their customer care, nodal officer and many more but there was no response from any of them so far. Since the flight is getting very expensive due to last day of the year, I have booked the flight in some other airline at very high cost. I feel the airline is taken my mail as a reason to make more money as the ticket of that date is being sold at very high price so they will make more money. I have not written anywhere in my mail to cancel the ticket. I booked the ticket at Rs **k and they refunded Rs **k, I was ok with it but paying for new ticket that also * times is not acceptable. I need your urgent help to get compensated for this issue as its not my fault. My Name is Mahesh Patidar , Tkt PNR was **IR*D, Air India express. I can send the mail based on which they had cancelled the ticket and tickets separately.
