I have booked Flight ticket on **th February **** to travel on **th March **** for a return trip to Male from Mumbai. I have booked the ticket with Srilankan Airlines on Cleartrip.com as my travel agent. Airline has cancelled the flights on the sadi travel date and did not provide refund till now. I have communicated and raised refund request multiple times with both Srilankan Airlines and Cleartrip through mail and online portals. Despite raising several refund requests airline and cleartrip failed to provide refund and only issued travel vouchers which are of no use to me.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
