We had booked our airtravel with Goibibo

Now due to government advisory and as both phillipines and Indian government are keeping on quarantine, we had to cancel our trip just day before our travel. And Cebu Pacific and Air asia are giving refund to their customers , Goibibo is not supporting us. As our booking is from travel period **th March to ** march, we are raising complaint against Goibibo. They should understand the fact that we had to cancel our trip due to coronavirus.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
