Naresh Sridharan filed complaint against AirIndia Airlines on Nov 17, 2021
My ticket was cancelled on **th Dec **** and I was supposed to get the amount refunded to my american express card in Jan **** as per my conversation with Air india customer care representative. This is ** months now. There is no proper response. I am calling them until April every month to get an answer.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
