Travolook - Air ticket refund not received from Travolook

Pooja Mehra filed complaint against Travolook on Apr 24, 2021

Booked a flight ticket from Mumbai to Delhi on *th April, ****, only to be informed that the ticket cancelled by airline. Was promised my refund within **-** working days. When inquiring after this duration, was informed that I would be refunded after ** working days. And finally when I called them up on April **th, I was informed that the refund has started and I would be refunded in * days.
A total duration of more than a month has passed and I still see no refund. Is this a scam or are they just that negligent.
