I have purchased Ticket in March **** for me and family. Due to covid ** lockdown all the flights are cancelled we are unable to travel . I have requested Air India to cancel our ticket and refund. January * the I got a confirmation that our tickets are cancelled and refund will happen in ** to ** days. But even after ** days the refund not happened or even shift copy not shared to me even after ** mails and ** phone calles
