Air India Airlines - Air ticket not refunded

I purchased * separate tickets from AirIndia on **-Feb-**** for my family's journey from Qatar to Patna via Delhi. The tickets were scheduled for **st March and *st April. Owing to coronavirus outbreak leading to lockdown, the international flights were suspended and refund rules as per government notification came into effect. However, despite multiple followups with AirIndia via their advertised email id <ecommerce@airindia.in> on their website, i haven't been able to get the refunds. After lot of reminders, they refunded a very small portion of the money in November for domestic leg (approx. ****) while the major refund for international leg (approx. ******) is in abeyance even after ** months. They have now completely stopped responding to my emails and reminders on the refund.
