GOIBIO.
This refers to my upcoming flight to Leh Ladak Via Delhi on **th July ****.
PNR - HFN*FB.
As during the time of booking I had opted for ** % refund policy ( Kindly find attached PDF ).
Now when I am trying to cancel my ticket your cancellation policy has been changed suddenly and I am not allowed to cancel my current ticket. ( You can’t suddenly change the cancellation policy and incase if you are changing also tickets which are booked earlier have full right to get refund as per old cancellation policy.
Please help me with the current status are we going to get the same amount Rs ****.** to re use it for next year in Goibio wallet.
Or there is a possibility of Flight being run on the same date if yes I should be eligible to get half refund which I am not right now.
Help me with the below matter or else I will have to escalate this case in a legal way emailing to higher authority outside Goibio team.
