Travolook - Air ticket cancelled by Travolook and amount not refunded

I have booked ticket for **th Aug **** from Delhi to Leh Air India on *th July **** but due to flight operational issue my booking got cancelled from your end and I have still not received refund of INR ****.

On the time of cancellation i.e. on *th July **** I got a call stating that the amount will be refunded in ** hours (attached is the call recording).

Now today when I contacted customer care executive Julie she stated that it will take **-** days for the amount to be refunded. (Attached are the call recordings)
