Me Manas Kanti Nath booked a flight ticket using www.travolook.in on **rd July ****. After booking and paying the fare I received a confirmation mail that seat will be assigned and will get another confirmation mail.
However after ** mins I received a mail stating my booking got cancelled due to operational reasons and I will get my ticket fare amount back. But till date the amount has not been refunded yet and support number is invalid.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
