Bhagyashree Kanchi filed complaint against Air India Airlines on Apr 19, 2020
Dear Sir/Madam,
My ticket number is ************* which is in my name Bhagyashree kanchi followed by ticket numbers ending with **, ** and ** which are in the name of my spouse Bharat Kanchi and daughters Nehali and Niyati Kanchi.
My ticket was for *th April from Mumbai to Chandigarh for a trip to Kullu, Manali but unfortunately due to this Pandemic we could not travel.
But when visited your website I found you have given extension only till September ** but this date is not feasible for me as it wont be possible to travel to Kullu Manali in monsoon or winter
And the customer care is also not helping me to resolve my problem
Please give me extension till April **** or refund me full amount amount *****/- as I only prefer travelling via Air India or Vistara and if I plan to travel in future I will be taking same flight for Chandigarh in April ****.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND MY CONCERN AND DO THE NEEDFUL.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
