I have booked tickets with Air India .Due to some personal reason cancelled the tickets within ** hrs .Cancellation i have done thru call centre as mentioned in tickets but now they are saying it is not cancelled.I am calling customer care continuosly but they are just cutiing calls and not giving proper solution.i asked them to check recording of call but they are doing that also .it is really very sad that reputed air lines doing this.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
