Booked an Air India flight on Vande Bharat Mission from Delhi to Washington and cancelled it * days later due to personal reasons. The flight was a good ** days away. As per the process I was to cancel the ticket from the Air India customer care and then email to ecommerce@airindia.in for the refund. Its been more than a week now that I am trying to evoke a response from Air India on my refund status but there has been radio silence.

Please can you look at the complaint and help me with the refund from Air India. Its been a harrowing experience to say the least.
