I have cancelled my ticket from Bangalore To Toronto on August **. They said they will refund the money in ** to ** days. Till now I didn't get the refund amount.
I raised a complaint to track the refund, but just a week back I send mail to track this complaint status.
This is unprofessional, looks like they are the biggest fraud in the country. I have been waiting for money for a long time. There is no cancellation email or refund initiated email. Looks like air using this all money for something else.
I am tensed about this, I need my money back. It's not a small amount.
Kindly help me with this.
