I made a reservation for two tickets with Air India from Chicago to Hyderabad and Chicago to Chennai from May *, ****, to Jun **, **** Issues on April **, **** (E-Ticket # *************-***, ************* ). I canceled the ticket due to COVID restrictions and the travel Ban. I was told that my ticket money will be refunded in ** days during the cancelation two months ago. Its been more than two months since my cancellation and I haven't received any amount. I tried contacting customer care several times. They gave me a concern ID ********. I was told I will get the money in ** - ** days every single time I called. As per the terms and conditions, the money should be refunded in a certain time frame. It's been more than that and I haven't received it.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
