I have booked a Vande Bharat flight for myself flying from Stockholm to Hyderabad on Air India flight in July and Booking was made on July, I needed to cancel and i did it approx within ** hours. I have requested refund for multiple times via email to ecommorce@airindia.in, phone, Twitter, where I get a standard reply stating please wait for couple of days as the refund has be initiated and I will receive my refund in weeks, while its been months now that I am still waiting. now they are not responding to my emails as well as in Twitter, and when i call and request to senior authority to talk but they just keep phone aside and never come back on call, i waited for * hour once and *hr ** mins for once, but no response at all.
ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE SEEN TILL DATE. I LIKE TO SAY WORST OF THE WORST SERVICE.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
