I booked my ticket on *th dec **** in Air India flight at **:** hour ,then they prepend there flight **:** hours, means it's gonna departure at *:**am in morning, now I talked to the travel agent they said we will reschedule it, we are transferring the call to someone who will help you, and my call kept in hold, after that I called **,** times, They took ** min to attend the call, and after that just say we are forwarding it to someone else, and take my call on hold until it auto cuts.
If they are not able to solve the problem then cancel my ticket at least and give me the refund so that I can book another ticket , why they kept me stuck in between this.
having very bad experience with the Air India service. Would appreciate if I get any help from filing this complaint against them.
