Holy Ganapathi filed complaint against Air India on Aug 3, 2021
My ** yo mother travelled by Air India from BLR to SFO on Apr ** ****. She had a business class ticket but at the check in counter in BLR, she was told that there was no seat in business class and was asked to fly in Economy class. She reluctantly agreed to fly Economy on the assurance that the fare would be refunded. It has been over * months now and I have contacted Air India innumerable times via phone, email but the money has not been refunded!
