Ashwini Bhivgade filed complaint against Air India on Aug 27, 2022
This complaint is in reference to the flight bookings (Y**M* and Y**QC)
PNR numbers-
Y**M* (Kailas Bhivgade) / E-ticket number *************
Y**QC (Nalini Bhivgade) / E-ticket number *************
I (Ashiwini Bhivgade) booked these flights for my parents (Kailas & Nalini Bhivgade).
The flight in this journey (Nagpur to Mumbai) was cancelled by Air India (due to operational reasons as per email communication).
When I contacted Air India they told me they can’t give me other flight so the whole journey needs to be cancelled and full refund will be provided from Air India on both the journeys (WITHOUT ANY CANCELLATION charges).
It’s been few months now I am doing to and from emails with Air India support and although Air India itself cancelled the whole journey and mentioned there will be no cancellation charges now they are saying the refund has been processed and there are cancellation charges involved (flipped the coin)
The total amount I paid for both the journeys is - INR ***** , I received refund of INR of **** and **** INR. Now where is my ***** INR ??
Till this date I have logged multiple cases and feedback requests for this refund but no solution has been provided except lying about there will be cancellation charges
