Khemanshu Rao filed complaint against Air India on May 11, 2021
I have tried to book a flight from Delhi(India) to New York (US) by using a mobile app of Air India on *nd May ****, for this booking I have used net banking with axis bank as payment method. Two times, money is deducted but the ticket is not confirmed and the screen shows error.
Here are the details of the failed banking transaction:
*) INR ******.* debited from A/c no. XX**** on **-**-** **:**:** IST at INB/*********/AIR INDIA (BILL DESK)/NA
*) INR ******.* debited from A/c no. XX**** on **-**-** **:**:** IST at INB/*********/AIR INDIA (BILL DESK)/NA
I have checked with my bank and they confirm that amount has been successfully credited into the air india account.
The PRN Number for above mentioned transactions are:
For Transaction of INR ******.* PRN number is VUTI********** and for transaction of INR ******.* PRN number is VUTI**********.
