I booked tickets through Air India via their website on March *, **** for Jun **, **** roundtrip from SFO to HYD. Subsequently cancelled the tickets in May **** due to pandemic. I was told the refund would be processed in *-* weeks, after constant follow up Air India via an email confirmed refund is processed in November **** and money would sent to my account in * weeks but I am still non-receipt. Subsequently, Air India even stopped responding to emails of follow up.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
