Abhijeet Nakave filed complaint against Air India on Feb 20, 2021
I have booked a Vande Bharat flight for my parents and inlaws flying from Mumbai to Washington DC on Air India flight for Aug **,****. Booking was made on July **,**** and I cancelled the flight within * hours of booking due to COVID-** concerns during travel. I have requested refund for multiple times via email to ecommorce@airindia.in and phone where I get a standard reply stating that I will receive my refund in *-* weeks while its been more than * months now that I am still waiting. They are not issuing another ticket with that money nor are they issuing refund. This is the worse customer service and against the law to hold the money of customers for so long.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
