Srinivas filed complaint against Air India on May 9, 2021
As i write this i did try your AirIndia support number +** ********** i was connected * times (Recorded calls) , some guys picked and * times and listened to my concern of rescheduling my ticket and after that asked me to hold the line and they are transferring the line to the booking queue. After that started the IVR voice (Corona Voice message, All are representatives are busy assisting other customers, please continue to hold and our agents will attend to you shortly.)
This message plays on and on I could not get connected to any agent.
I had booked the tickets in **** May but during the LOCKDOWN the flight was cancelled, both to and fro. Note the flight was cancelled not me. So, i am eligible for a REFUND, WHICH AIR INDIA GUYS NEVER GAVE AND TOLD THAT YOU CAN TRAVEL ANY TIME TILL DECEMBER ****.
Ok, i thought that i will be travelling after the pandemic so that would be not be an issue. PLEASE NOTE THAT I KEPT THE MONEY WITH AIR INDIA GUYS WHICH I SWIPED FROM MY CREDIT CARD AND HAD TO PAY FOR THAT WITH INTEREST, FOR WHICH I DID NOT TRAVEL. "AIR INDIA GUYS KEPT MY HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THEM". IF I AGREED ON THERE TERMS ON NOT RETURNING THE MONEY AND CAN GET IT RESCHEDULED THEN WHY THEY ARE NOT LISTENING TO ME.
Now again i booked my ticket in May **** and again the Pandemic cases rise up. Its not that important for me to travel at the moment so i do not want to travel during this period to get affected with COVID. So i want to reschedule again which AIR INDIA IS NOT DOING. I want to travel in January ****.
If you guys can help me get my money back then reply on my email or else i will think i did donate the money to some POOR person.
I HAD TO USE THIS HARD LANGUAGE AS YOU GUYS ARE NOT RESPONDING.
