Vikas Sakhamuri filed complaint against Air India on Jul 2, 2021
On feb **th i made a booking through airindia app form my family from Vijayawada to Delhi a round trip dated on **th April ****, due to the pandemic lockdown all flights got cancelled. And from them i m mailing them, making phone calls but no reply from their end. And they are saying tour amount is refunded, so as a proof i have submitted my **months bank transaction statement (Jan *st **** to June **th ****) but they are of no use… worst and pathetic service from Air India
