Niranjana Sivaprakasam filed complaint against Air India on Sep 14, 2020
I had booked Air India flight tickets to travel to Italy. The booking was done prior to the lockdown period and we were supposed to travel to Rome on April *rd, **** and return from Milan on **th April, ****. The flights were however cancelled due to COVID. As per the advisory issued, even though we have booked tickets earlier, we were unable to travel during the lockdown period and we do not wish to reschedule since the situation is not ***% normal. We need full refund for tickets booked. The response from your customer care executives is very bad. They are not even reading the emails before responding.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
