Hello Sir,
I would like to lodge a complaint against Air India and Ease my trip.
Both are not supportive of their passengers during pandemics.
India is talking about big words how they are supportive of Indians. This sheer reflects how Air India helps their passengers.
I had booked a ticket for May **, ****, from Mumbai to Goa and my return was on May **rd, ****. Due to the pandemic that time Goa went closed all of sudden and we were unable to travel.
At that time we requested Air India to refund the amount, but they sheer denied it and they issued us an open ticket
Now INR **,*** is with Air India.
*. *st issue, no one picks the call, we tried *** times. they don't pick the customer care call.
*. As this ticket was issued by *rd party- Ease my trip, I connected with them
*. Now they are saying, Air India is saying I can't change the sector.-- Now the question is after * months I want to travel and I have to travel to GOA. Why this is mandatory?
*. I should have the option to change the sector. During the pandemic phase, all airlines were quite helpful and provided their passenger's such support. Why Air India is so rigid into it?
*. Now they are denying giving our money back. All airlines were at a huge loss during the pandemic, still, they were supporting their passengers. Being a government company, Air India is not supportive of us.
Air India is such a pathetic airline. I really, need support from you if possible.
All I need is my INR *****.** back or they allow me to change the sector to MUM- ASR and return and adjust the cost.
If possible, I request you to help me in this regard.
